In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, you can request for an exchange or replacement from 7 days of the date of receipt.

1. Return Eligibility

Products must have been purchased directly from nvsagebeauty.com. We will accept returns and offer exchanges or replacements only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

2. How to Request a Return

If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Email our customer service team at hello@nvsagebeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and provide a description of the defect.
  • Provide a picture of the damaged packaging or the defective product
  • Indicate whether an exchange or replacement is preferred
  • If your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. Exchange or Refund Process

Once we receive your returned defective item, we will inspect it and notify you on the outcome of your exchange or replacement request.

If an exchange or replacement is not feasible, Nvsage Beauty will issue a refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and additional local taxes may be applicable.

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide exchanges, replacements, or refunds for non-defective products, opened items, or products that have been used.
